More Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this recent document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling distinct areas of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

More documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
